Not only was the order accepted, but the staff member who took my call was also able to apply a $15-off coupon from a circular. Even more impressive, the large catering order was delivered within an hour. The driver was courteous, the food was prepared perfectly, and everything arrived thoughtfully packaged with plates, salad tongs, and all the necessary serving items. This was my first time visiting Crust N Fire at 439 Larchmont Blvd in Mt. Laurel, and I was seriously impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Jessica provided amazing service from start to finish. I asked if they could make something that is not currently on the menu… a ... Chicken Cutlet Caesar Salad sandwich on a seeded roll. Instead of saying no, Jessica immediately checked with what appeared to be a manager to see if they could accommodate my request. That level of effort and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. They were happy to make it happen, and I am so glad they did. The sandwich was incredible. Crispy chicken cutlet, fresh Caesar salad, perfectly balanced flavors, all on a seeded roll, and it even came with fries. It tasted absolutely amazing. The establishment was clean, organized, and very welcoming. They made me feel like a VIP customer on my first visit. Went here a few weeks ago with my sister and finally getting around to writing a review. Was looking for affordable food in the area and so glad we stopped by here. It seems to be primarily an order out place but had several seats to dine in. We ended up ordering buffalo wings and the rustic pizza. The wings were ... phenomenal! Very juicy, nice sauce, and generous portion given the price. We also enjoyed the pizza though only thing we'd change is maybe a little less ricotta. To top it off, the staff was super friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Wish I remembered the cashier's name as she was great! I don’t know about much of their other food. I basically just get their buffalo chicken wrap. It’s so good. The sauce is a unique honey hot and paired with blue cheese crumbles. Truly elite.
